Founded in 2014, Pin Chuan Lan was voted on CNN as among the top eight must-try famous beef noodle restaurants in 2015.
Taking authentic elements of the “Greater Chinese food culture” for its brand spirit, the brand name is a combination of the character “品” (pin), meaning quality and representing the way of food culture, “川” (chuan) from “四川” (Sichuan), the place of origin of beef noodles and “蘭” (lan) from “蘭州” (Lanzhou), the place where the purest taste of beef noodles is produced, to form the name Pin Chuan Lan. To imbue the brand with greater vitality, that characters take on a second meaning, with “品” signifying character, “川” signifying taste and “蘭” signifying quality, as a way of interpreting the original meaning of the name Pin Chuan Lan.
The brand focuses on the flavor essences released from pure ingredients carefully stewed over slow fire, combining soup base in “Sichuan-styled” braised flavor or “Lanzhou-styled” clear soup base with springy noodles and fresh, tender beef to stimulate the taste buds through visual appearance, leaving behind a mouthwatering impression of beef noodles.
