Starting in 2022 as an online cloud kitchen, with takeout and delivery as the primary consumption models, we utilized the immediacy and flexibility of online channels to quickly receive consumer feedback, continuously adjust, and optimize to help the brand quickly enter the market. As the brand continued to grow, we established our first physical store in 2024, effectively laying the operational foundation through a virtual and physical integration model and providing consumers with a more complete dining experience.
